Well the good news today is that Kevin was offered a job (after his interview yesterday) and he accepted it this morning. So that's a bit of the pressure off. He's not jumping over the moon with happiness about the job/salary but 'beggars can't be choosers' is the cliche we have to use at the moment. Kevin will be starting after the Easter holidays, working just down the road (in Diss) for a Citroen/Fiat motor retailer as their Parts Administrator. We are all proud of you, dude!
We have been battling with the rental agents for the property that we want to move into at the end of May and it was looking like we may not actually get the house but things are a bit more positive now. We should know by close of business today whether it's all going to happen. So keep your fingers crossed. I'd like to be able to put photos up here of what it looks like but can't until it's signed, sealed and all that.
We understand that Jimmy is going in for an operation on his face (also just after Easter) and now that Andrew and Leigh have had Hellkom in to put in a telephone line, we believe that the internet will be working and so should be able to SKYPE you all this weekend properly!
Faye and Ewan sent a letter to their Granny, Grandpa and Oma on Monday - so I hope you don't have to wait too long until you get it. Don't worry everybody else ... :) .... the kiddies are under instructions to write letters to ALL their family while they are on Easter holidays.
Faye is going on her Brownie camping trip on Sunday - so that should be fun for her. I'm getting more regular work in the transcripts department.
